Rapid Rehousing Program Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Rapid Rehousing Program Manager to join our passionate team. 

As Program Manager, you will lead the charge in creating permanent housing plans for chronically homeless individuals. This includes coordinating wrap-around services, sourcing tailored services to meet their unique needs, and building a network of supportive landlords. You’ll also be instrumental in the housing search and placement process, using innovative approaches to leverage supportive services and ensure participant households can maintain their permanent housing.

The Case Manager in our Rapid Rehousing Program empowers homeless youth and young families, guiding them from homelessness to stable housing and self-sufficiency. By providing personalized support, including housing assistance and life skills training, the Case Manager addresses unique challenges, fostering resilience and promoting long-term stability and empowerment within the community.

Transitional Living Program Manager

Are you a skilled leader with a deep understanding of transitional living programs? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Transitional Living Program Manager.
