Youth Services Specialist

Provide direct care and supervision of clients with a nurtured heart approach and participate in day-to-day operations of the youth emergency shelter program.

Rapid Rehousing Service Coordinator

Provide oversight of the permanent housing plan for chronic homeless persons, to include: Set up and coordination of wrap around services; Solicitation of services to meet specific needs; Establish a landlord network which will accept placements; Assist with housing search and placement along with leveraging supportive services that will assist the participant household to maintain permanent housing; Provide oversight of systems pertaining to funding requirements including policies and procedures, file maintenance and reporting.
